Our History
Founded in 2024, Insaniyat Welfare Foundation began as a small grassroots effort focused on supporting marginalized families through educational assistance. Miss Javeria Siddique
Miss Javeria Siddiqa serves as the Vice Chairperson of Insaniyat Welfare Foundation and plays a central operational leadership role within the organization. With a strong commitment to humanitarian service and community development, she actively oversees the implementation of programs and ensures that the foundation’s mission is executed effectively and responsibly.
While the strategic vision and governance authority remain under the Chairman, Miss Javeria Siddiqa is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations and internal management of the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
As Vice Chairperson, she is responsible for
• Supervising daily administrative operations
• Coordinating educational and youth development programs
• Monitoring community welfare and outreach initiatives
• Ensuring timely execution of projects
• Overseeing volunteer management and engagement
• Managing internal reporting systems
• Supporting financial transparency and documentation
• Assisting in strategic planning discussions
• Representing the organization in community meetings when required
• Reviewing progress reports and performance updates
Operational Leadership:
Miss Javeria Siddiqa plays a key role in maintaining structured management systems within the foundation. She ensures that:
