Refund and Cancellation Policy
As a registered Non-Profit Organization, Insaniyat Welfare Foundation relies on your generous support to help those in need. Because your funds are immediately allocated to our welfare projects, we have a strict policy regarding refunds.
General Donations
As a general rule, all donations, Zakat, and Sadaqah payments made to Insaniyat Welfare Foundation are non-refundable.
Technical Errors or Duplicate Transactions
We understand that sometimes technical mistakes happen. If you accidentally made a duplicate donation or entered the wrong amount due to a system glitch, please contact us immediately.
To request a refund for a technical error:
You must email or call us within 7 days of the transaction.
Please provide your name, transaction date, amount, and the reference number.
Once approved by our team, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 working days.
